Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every order is packaged with care and shipped within one business day of payment. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Domestic US: $0.99 untracked (orders under $20) or $6 tracked. Free shipping on orders $300 or more.

All domestic U.S. shipments are sent via USPS or UPS and are fully insured for the purchase value. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and Japan directly through our website at flat rates. All international packages are tracked and include customs declarations.

Canada: $30 flat rate, tracked, 7–14 day delivery
Japan: $40 flat rate, tracked, 7–14 day delivery

Buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed by their country. Customs processing may add delivery time beyond the estimate above.

Shipping to other countries is available through our eBay store.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless otherwise noted in the individual item listing.

We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately and thoroughly — please review all listing details and photos carefully before purchasing. If you receive an item that is materially different from how it was described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Authentication Guarantee

Every signed item offered for sale is either accompanied at the time of sale by a Letter of Authenticity issued by PSA, JSA, or Beckett, or is covered by our Authentication Guarantee.

For any signed item sold without a pre-existing third-party LOA: if the original purchaser submits the item to PSA, JSA, or Beckett and it is formally rejected as inauthentic, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price upon receipt of the official written rejection documentation and the original item returned in the same condition as sold. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
