Information We Collect

- Payment — payment transactions are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to complete payment card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account information at any point
- Communications — the content of any messages or inquiries you send us
- Marketing preferences — email address and opt-in consent status, where applicable
- Technical — IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and pages viewed, collected automatically via standard web server logs and cookies
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information including government identification numbers, biometric data, health information, or financial account credentials.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- Processing and fulfilling purchase orders
- Arranging and tracking the shipment of purchased items
- Issuing transactional communications including order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Responding to inquiries submitted through the contact form or by email
- Sending promotional and newsletter communications exclusively to individuals who have affirmatively opted in
- Maintaining business records for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance

- USPS, UPS, and other carriers — order fulfillment and delivery
- Email delivery services — for transactional and opted-in marketing emails
- Web hosting and infrastructure providers — for operation of the Site
While we select providers who maintain reasonable privacy practices, we disclaim all liability arising from their acts or omissions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Transactional records are generally retained for seven (7) years. Marketing preference data is retained until you withdraw consent, at which point your email is suppressed from future marketing within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
Email Communications & Opt-In Consent
Transactional emails. By completing a purchase or submitting the contact form, you consent to receive transactional emails at the address you provide, including order confirmations and shipping notifications. These cannot be opted out of while a transaction is active.
Marketing emails. We send promotional and newsletter emails exclusively to individuals who have affirmatively opted in through our newsletter signup form. Placing an order does not constitute consent to receive marketing emails. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. All payment transactions are encrypted using TLS protocols and processed through Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Access — to request a copy of the information we hold
- Correction — to request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion — to request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Opt-out — to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time

Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
